Keep your phone far away when you sleep.
Write down 5-10 things you’re grateful for every day.
Make a list of 20 things you like to do and do at least one a day.
Choose a book and each day read a bit of it.
Learn at least one new thing a day.
For the next 100 days, don’t complain.
Feed your mind with thoughts on how to achieve what you want in life.
Create a spending plan for 100 days.
Don’t buy things you don’t need.
Set an hour a day for devotion, can be divided however you wish.
Take a notebook or journal and write down daily thoughts.
Identify one low priority activity and cut it down for 100 days.
At the end of the week answer the following questions
· What did you accomplish?
Eat 5 servings of vegies and 3 of fruits per day.
Eat from a smaller plate.
Find 10 healthy, easy breakfast.
Don’t pass judgement until you hear both sides of the party.
Do at least one kind thing per day.
Stay in your life, don’t compare it to others life.
Assume positive intentions.
Remember that everyone is doing what they can.
Hit the gym, clear your mind.
Relinquish what you can’t control.
It’s
never too late to start over. If you weren’t happy yesterday, try something
different today. Don’t stay stuck, do better.
